Shipping policy
Checkout does not take payment online. After you place an order, we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it and arrange payment, and nothing is dispatched before then. The delivery terms below are provisional; we will confirm the details for your order when we contact you.

Current ordering status
Placing an order does not create a shipment or reserve a delivery date. We first call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order and arrange payment.
Nothing is dispatched until we have confirmed your order with you.
Planned delivery within India
For confirmed orders within India, we plan to offer standard delivery at no charge, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 working days. Allow up to 24 hours for processing, subject to product availability and payment checks.
Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate. Dispatch is planned for working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will confirm the estimate for your order when we contact you.
International delivery
International availability will depend on the destination and product. Contact us about your location before arranging an international order. Any shipping charge, import duty or tax will need to be explained before an order is accepted.
Worldwide delivery has not been confirmed for our food catalogue. The checkout does not arrange international shipments.
Tracking and delivery concerns
Dispatch and tracking details will be shared after an order is sent. Busy periods, holidays and carrier disruption can affect estimates.
For a late, missing or damaged parcel, contact us with the order reference so the issue can be investigated. Until your order page shows Shipped, no parcel has been sent.
Questions about an order
Contact us if you need clarification about an order or a delivery message. Include the order reference, if you have one, and a short description of your question. Never send passwords, card details or one-time codes.
